I’ll be honest, I don’t think it’s a bad product, so I don’t want this to sound too harsh. It does look nice, and there are definitely parts of it that feel solid. But some other parts feel cheaper than I was expecting, especially for what I had in mind. Maybe my expectations were just a little high, but I do think the quality is kind of hit or miss. Overall, it’s okay, just not quite as good as I hoped.

The site was easy enough to use overall, but some of the pages loaded slower than I expected. It’s not a huge deal, but I always worry I’m wasting time or missing out when a site feels a bit clunky.

Overall it was okay, nothing too memorable. I got through it fine, but there were a few moments where I felt like I was missing some context, so parts of it didn’t totally click for me.

I ended up following up more than once, which was super frustrating because I had other things planned and didn’t want to keep chasing this down. I wouldn’t say they’re the worst company ever, but the return process definitely needs to be a lot smoother.

It was okay. Price seemed fair enough. Product came as described. No issues there. Just expected a little more for the money. Not bad, not amazing. Kind of in the middle for me.

I get that delays can happen, but it feels like the right thing to do is keep customers informed instead of leaving them guessing after they’ve spent their money. By the time it finally arrived, I was already fed up. I probably won’t order again if this is how they handle delivery.
